Deed distances and angular relationships to the said perimeter were used in conjunction to said mcn..mments for the perimeter of the surveyed tract. It is this surveyor's professional opinicn that the uncertainty in the lines of the surveyed tract due to variances in said reference monuments is +i- 0.5 foot. It is this surveyor's professional cpin_on that there is no uncertainty in the lines of the surveyed tract due to discrepancies in the record descriptions of the surveyed tract and the adjoining real estate.
