FACILITY DESIGN PAS BEEN GENERATED BASED UPON OUR TRAINING AND UNDERSTANDING OF REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES ISSUED AS COMPONENT PARTS TO TITLE III OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT, PUBLIC LAW 101-336. DESIGN RESOLUTION DOES NOT ATTEMPT TO ADDRESS POTENTIAL CONCERNS ASSOCIATED WITH OTHER TITLES OF THE ACT THAT IMPLICATE POLICY, PROCEDURE AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS ISSUES.
