Client: 131-5 Construction
Job Number: W04-0851
Type: of Survey: Retracenxmt Survey
Class of Survey: Class B Survey (865 IAC 1.12)
Field Work Completed: December 14, 2004
Location of Survey: 1090 Laurefvvood Drive, Cannel, Indiana 46032
Note: I he Theoretica] Uncertainty of the corners of the subject tract, established this survey, is
within the specifications for a Class B Survey (+/-0.25 foot) as defined in 865 IAC L 12.
(Ilneoretical Uncertainty of a measurement is the radius of a circle which circumscribes an area
containing the probable true location of specified Ix)int as determined by the precision of the
instruments and procedures employed in the perfonnance of a survey).
In accordance with Title 965, Article 1, Chapter 12 (Rule 12) of the Indiana Adttrinistrative Code
(IAC), the following observations and opinions are submitted regarding the uncertainty in the
position of the lines and comers established andlor reestablished on this survey as a result of:
1) Availability and condition of reference monuments,
2) Clarity and/or ambiguity of the record description(s) used and/or the adjoiners'
descriptions;
3) Occupation or possession lines; and,
4) Random Errors in Measurements (Theoretical IJncertainty)
Note: There may exist unwritten rights associated with these uncertainties.
AVAIL0]Lf FY and CONDITION OF REFERENCE NIONliMENIS
The perimeter lines of the surveyed tract were re-established based upon the reference bearings and
distances shown upon the record plat of Laurelwood recorded as Instrument Number 89-11585 mid
found in Plat Cabinet 1, Slide 28 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana.
During the course of the fieldwork completed for this survey, Weihe Engineers field personnel
found iron pins in good condition at the Northeast, Northwest, and Southwest record corners of the
surveyed tract as shovv7m on the accompanying plat. A 5./8 -inch diameter reb ar with yellow plastic
cap stamped ")ATIl1E ENGR LS0012" was set (lush at the North comer of the surveyed lot as
indicated on the accompanying plat.'ihe measured distances between said monuments tell within
the theoretical uncertainty ( !-/- 0.25 feet) for this survey.
A rebar stamped "MSE CORP INDPLS" (Mid -States Engineering) was found 1.7 feet South of the
mathenmatical Southeast corner of the surveyed parcel.
It is this surveyors professional opinion that the uncertainty in the lines of the surveyed tract due to
the variance in reference monuments is +/- 0.2 feet
CLARffY and/or A1VI13IGuri'Y OF RECORD DESCRIPTION'S
'fhe record descriptions for the surveyed tract and adjoining real estate parcels were obtained from
the Hamilton County Recorder's Office and mathematically retraced in an effort to disclose possible
gaps and/or overlaps between the lines of the surveyed parcel and those of the adjoiners. There were
no record gaps and/or overlaps disclosed during this mathematical retracernent process.
it is this surveyof s professional opinion that there are no uncertainties in the iines of the surveyed
real estate and those of the adjoiners due to discrepancies in the record descriptions.
OCCUPATION or POSSESSION LINES
At the time: the fieldwork was completed for this survey, there was no visible physical evidence of
the lines surveyed.
As a result of the above observations, it is my opinion that the uncertainties in the locations of the
lines and comers established on this survey are as follows:
Due to Variances in reference monuments: -1!- 0.2 feet
Due to Uncertainties in the record descriptions: None
Due to Inconsistencies in lines of occupation: None

Nolo 'the Theoretical Uncertainty of the corners oft lie subiect tract, established this surrey, is
within the specifications for a Class B Survey (+/-0.25 foot) as defined in 865 IAC 1. 12.
(Theoretical Uncertainty of a measurement is the radius of a circle which circumscribes an area
containing the probable true location of a specified point as determined by the precision of the
instruments and procedures employed in the performance of a survey).
In accordance with Title 865, Article 1, Chapter 12 (Rule 12) of the Indiana Administrative Code
JAC), the following observations and opinions are subinitted regarding the uncertainty in the
position of the lines and comers established andlor reestablished on this survey as a result of:
1) Availability and condition of reference monuments-,
2) Clarity and/or ambiguity of the record description(s) used and/or the adjoiners'
descriptions;
3) Occupation or possession lines; and,
4) Random Errors in Measurenxmts (Theoretical Uncertainty)
Note: There may exist umvritten rights associated with these uncertainties.
AVAILABILITY mind CONDITION OF REFERENCE NIONUINME\ I'S
'lhe perimeter lines of the surveyed tract were re-established based upon the reference bearings and
distances shown upon the record plat of Laurelwood recorded as Instrument Number 89-11585 mid
found in Plat Cabinet 1, Slide 28 in the Office of the Recorder of Hanilton County, Indiana.
During file course of the fieldwork completed for this survey, Weilie Engineers field personnel
South west recon d comers of the
' or ' the No rheas Northwest and , t
found lien pins in D,ctod condition at 1 t t,
surveyed tract as shown on the accompanying plat. A 5/8 -inch diameter rebar with yellow plastic
cap stamped "WEII IF ENGR LS0012" was set [lush at the North comer of the surveyed lot as
indicated on the accompanying plat. "ilie measured distances between said monuments fell within
the theoretical uncertainty(' -/-0.25 feet) fortlis survey.
A rebar stamped "MSE CORY INDPLS" (Mid -States Engineering) was found 1.7 feet South of the
mathenatical Southeast comer of the surveyed parcel.
It is this surveyors professional opinion that the uncertainty in the lines of the surveyed tract due to
the variance in reference monuments is +/- 0.2 feet
CLARITY and/or AMBIGUTFY OF RECORD DESCRIPTIONS
Ihe record descriptions for the surveyed tract and adjoining real estate parcels were obtained from
the Hanilton County Recorder's Office acid mathemilically retraced in an effort to disclose possible
gaps and/or overlaps between the lines of the surveyed parcel and those of the adjoiners. There were
no record gaps and/or overlaps disclosed during this mathematical retracement process.
It is this surveyor's professional opinion that there are no uncertainties in the lines of the surveyed
real estate and those of the adjoiners due to discrepancies in the record descriptions.
OCCUPATION or POSSESSION LINES
At the tittle the Fieldwork was completed for this survey, there was no visible physical evidence of
the lines surveyed.
As a result of the above obsen ations, it is my opinion that the uncertainties in the locations of the
lines and corners established on this survey are as follows:
Due to Variances in reference monuments: +/- 0.2 feet
Due to Uncertainties in the record descriptions: None
Due to Inconsistencies in lines of occupation: None
