This Contract is between John & Cheryl Mooney (“Owner”) whose address is 674 Smokey Lane, Carmel, Indiana 46033, and The Guy Corporation (“Contractor” or “GuyCo”) whose address is 150 Vista Park Way, Avon, Indiana 46123, and they agree as follows:
1. Construction. Contractor shall remodel the single family residence of Owner, whose address is 674 Smokey Lane, Carmel, Indiana 46033. Such remodeling is referred to as “Work” and consists of the following:
Job Description: Convert the existing 192 sq. ft. Florida room to conditioned space to be used as a dining room to the specifications listed below.

Demolition Remove all windows and doors on the exterior in the Florida room. The posts
between the windows are to stay as-is until the new window layout is determined.
Remove the stoop from the kitchen door, if needed Remove the center window in the bump-out for a door, size 2/8, swing TBD per 4/24/18 meeting Remove the window seat in the nook area and dispose of / per 4/24/18 meeting
