Construction. Contractor shall remodel the single family residence of Owner, whose address is 674 Smokey Lane, Carmel, Indiana 46033. Such remodeling is referred to as “Work” and consists of the following: Job Description: Convert the existing 192 sq. ft. Florida room to conditioned space to be used as a dining room to the specifications listed below. The Work shall be in accordance with the above description as well as the following specifications: Permits / Plans  Permits  Plans Dumpster Trash Cleanup & Dust Protection  Portable Toilet; # of months: Declined.
