PROJECT SUMMARY
This project is a new tenant improvement project known as the WESTBRIDGE
INVESTMENTS, occupying 3,580 square feet of the lower retail level of an existing Shell
and Core project known as Carmel City Center.
The WESTBRIDGE INVESTMENTS project is a Group B occupancy, and the
construction type is I -A. The entire facility is fully protected by an automatic sprinkler
system, and is surrounded by at least 30 feet of yard depth.
The WESTBRIDGE INVESTMENTS tenant is a Business Occupancy providing office and
meeting spaces.
