CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY EXISTING CONDITIONS TO DETERMINE THE EXACT SCOPE OF WORK PRIOR TO BEGINNING ANY WORK. C. COORDINATE DEMOLITION WORK WITH NEW CONSTRUCTION TO DETERMINE THE EXACT LIMITS OF REMOVAL. D. AFTER REMOVAL OF EXISTING CEILINGS WITHIN DEMOLITION BOUNDARIES, THE MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL CONDITIONS ABOVE CEILING AREA PRIOR TO FABRICATION OF ANY DUCTWORK OR ROUTING OF PIPING, ETC. THE ENGINEER WILL MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS AND DESIGN REVISIONS AS REQUIRED BASED ON FIELD VERIFICATIONS OF EXISTING CONDITIONS. E. NO EQUIPMENT, DUCTWORK, PIPING, MATERIALS AND/OR CONTROLS SHOULD BE ABANDONED IN PLACE, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. F. DEMOLISHED MATERIALS PENETRATING WALLS, CEILINGS, OR FLOORS SHOULD BE D REMOVED COMPLETELY, OTHERWISE THEY ARE TO BE REMOVED BELOW SURFACES AND FINISHED TO MATCH EXISTING CONDITIONS. ANY CEILING TILES DAMAGED DURING THIS PROCESS WILL BE REPLACED WITH NEW TILES. MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THIS WORK WITH THE PROPER CONTRACTOR. G. MAINTAIN VENTILATION AIR AND ROOM TEMPERATURES BETWEEN 68 AND 78 IN ALL OCCUPIED ROOMS DURING CONSTRUCTION. PROVIDE ANY NECESSARY PROVISIONS TO MAINTAIN OPERATION OF EXISTING UNIT VENTILATORS AND OTHER EQUIPMENT SERVING ROOMS ADJACENT TO CONSTRUCTION AREAS. O SHEET KEYNOTES 1. EXISTING WATER HEATER, PIPING AND ASSOCIATED DEVICES TO REMAIN. 2. EXISTING TOILET EXHAUST DUCTWORK AND ASSOCIATED HARDWARE TO REMAIN. 3. EXISTING DUCTWORK AND ASSOCIATED HARDWARE TO REMAIN. 4. EXISTING PIPING AND ASSOCIATED DEVICES TO REMAIN. 5. EXISTING REGISTERS, DIFFUSERS AND ASSOCIATED HARDWARE TO REMAIN. 6. REMOVE FURNACE COMPLETELY AND PRESENT OWNER WITH THE OPTION TO RETAIN THE FURNACE UNIT. REMOVE DUCTWORK AND HARDWARE AS REQUIRED FOR NEW FAN COIL UNIT INSTALLATION. REMOVE ALL ASSOCIATED PIPING WITH DEVICES COMPLETELY. 7. REMOVE EQUIPMENT AND ALL ASSOCIATED HARDWARE COMPLETELY. 8. REMOVE DUCTWORK, REGISTERS, DIFFUSERS AND ALL ASSOCIATED HARDWARE 10 COMPLETELY. 9. REMOVE PIPING, VALVES, FITTINGS AND ALL ASSOCIATED DEVICES COMPLETELY. 10.
