ELECTRICAL SITE PLAN NOTES:
1. Electrical contractor shall pay required fees and other costs not borne by the local power
company to provide complete new electrical service.
2. Electrical contractor shall pay all fees and other costs not borne by the local telephone
company to provide complete new telephone service.
3. Electrical contractor shall be responsible for relocating or removing any or all existing services,
poles, etc. (electric, telephone, cable tv) as may be required to accommodate any new
construction, unless otherwise noted, and shall include all fees for such work in their bid.
4. Electrical contractor shall backfill the excavation for all conduit runs under sidewalks and paved
areas with bank run gravel or sand.
5. All work shown on this sheet is new and by the electrical contractor, unless otherwise noted.
6. Pole bases are to be located 3-0" behind curbs, as measured to the center of the pole base,
from parking areas unless otherwise noted.
7. Locate all underground utilities prior to digging. Hand dig as required.
GENERAL SITE PLAN NOTES:
1. All dimensions are to the face of the curb, edge of the pavement, radius point, or pavement
markings, as shown.
2. Saw cut all existing pavement to be removed for new construction, including but not limited to
islands, curbs, walks, drives, and utilities.
3. Where new curbs, walks, and paving meet existing, they shall be aligned both vertically and
horizontally.
4. Contractor to verify all existing conditions before beginning construction and report any variation
to the design engineer before proceeding with construction.
5. Contact design engineer if additional dimensions or coordinates are needed for site layout.
