Eirst Floor Power Plan
POWER PLAN NOTES
1 Provide power to disposal. Coordinate with supplier.
2 Provide power for dishwasher. Coordinate exact electrical requirements and connection
location with supplier.
3 See architectural plans for locations of floor mounted power/data receptacles.
4 Coordinate exact location of dedicated receptacle for ATM with bank equipment supplier.
Provide 3/4" conduit from ATM up to above the ceiling for data cabling. Coordinate with
bank equipment supplier.
5 Provide power for night deposit light. Provide 3/4" conduit from Night deposit vault up to
above the ceiling for data cabling. Coordinate with bank equipment supplier.
6 Provide 5400 series wiremold or approved equal. Provide the appropriate device brackets
for power, data, phone and junction box for holdup button where indicated. Coordinate
exact elevation and location with owner, bank equipment and casework supplier
7 Provide device bracket with blank cover for "Holdup" button wiring. Provide 3/4" conduit
from wiremold to above the ceiling for holdup wiring by others.
8 Provide JB at driveup teller island and JB centered under driveup teller window with 1"
conduit between them. Provide 1" conduit from JB under teller window up to above the
ceiling for cabling. Coordinate exact location on island with equipment supplier. (Typical
of 2).
9 Provide 20 circuit for common wiring between island and teller station as shown.
Coordinate exact locations with equipment supplier. (Typical of 2).
10 Provide conduit stub up to above ceiling for door contact alarm wiring. Coordinate exact
requirements with door supplier and owner. (JB may not be required)
11 Provide conduit from Knox Box on exterior up into ceiling space for cabling by others.
12 Provide JB and conduit stubup for "Holdup" button. Coordinate exact location with
furniture. Installation of actual button and wiring by others.
13 Provide JB at roof hatch for alarm contact. Alarm wiring by others.
14 Provide JB with conduit stub up at 48" to top for Key Pad and 40" for Proximity Reader.
Coordinate with Security Contractor.
15 Provide conduit stub up for door alarm contact and magnetic lock. Coordinate exact
requirements with door supplier. (JB may not be required)
16 Provide JB with conduit stub up for alarm keypad. Coordinate exact requirements with
alarm supplier.
17 Provide conduit stub up for door alarm contact. Coordinate exact requirements with door
supplier. (JB may not be required)
18 Provide single gang box with 3/4" conduit stub up to above ceiling for security sensor (by
others).
19 Provide 120 volt feed to security panel provided and installed by others. Coordinate exact
location with supplier.
20 Provide Qmark (or approved equal) decorative pedestal convection heaters, type
DPH05A, 208 volt, with 2p thermostat (1 per circuit) as follows: a - 36" 750W, b - 28"
500W, c - 8' 1000W and d - 6'750W.
21 Provide JB for power to touch free plumbing fixtures. Coordinate exact location and
connections with M.C.
22 Provide 4000 series wiremold from floor up to 60" with blank cover. Provide device
brackets at 40" for Proximity Reader (by others) and at 48" to top for Key Pad (by others).
Provide 1"conduit from wiremold underground into building beyond Lobby 101 and then
up to above ceiling for cabling by others. Coordinate with Security Contractor.
23 Provide 4000 series wiremold from floor up to 60" with blank cover. Provide device
bracket for power assisted door actuator. Provide interconnection wiring between power
assisted door and controls. Coordinate exact requirements with architect and door
supplier.
24 Provide 3/4" conduit from door mullion to assisted door operator. Provide interconnection
wiring between power assisted door and controls. Coordinate exact requirements with
architect and door supplier.
25 Provide interconnection wiring between pedestal mounted power assisted door actuator
and proximity reader (equipment and pedestal by others). Provide 1" conduit from
pedestal underground into building beyond Lobby 101 and then up to above ceiling for
cabling by others. Provide conduit and interconnection wiring to door. Coordinate with
Security Contractor and door supplier.
26 Provide JB and 3/4" conduit stub up for security siren. (Siren and wiring by others)
27 Provide JB and 3/4" conduit stub up for security wiring to cash vault or security deposit
vault. Coordinate exact placement with vault suppier and security vendor.
28 Camera provided and installed by others. May be ceiling mounted dome or wall mount.
Wall mount will require JB and 3/4" conduit stubbed above ceiling. Shown here for
reference only. (Typical of several)
29 Exterior mounted camera provided and installed by others. Provide JB and 3/4" conduit
stubbed into building above layin ceiling. Coordinate exact placement and JB box
mounting with owner and architect. (Typical)
30 Mullion mounted security camera. Coordinate conduit routing into building from
underground up into above ceiling of bank lobby.
31 Mount duct smoke detectors in return duct inside building, between last inlet and rooftop
unit. Mount detector above ceiling in accessible area (hallway) where possible. (Typical
for all 8 units)
32 Dome camera mounted in canopy, provided and installed by others. Provide JB and 3/4"
conduit stubbed into building above layin ceiling. Coordinate exact placement and JB box
mounting with owner and architect. (Typical)
33 Provide 3/4" Plywood on south and west walls from 24" A.F.F. to 72" A.F.F. Paint to
match wall finish. Provide 9" wide ladder style cable tray as shown on cable tray detail on
Sheet E5.1
34 Provide receptacles beneath sinks for powered soap dispensers. Coordinate exact
placement with architect.
35 Provide provisions for a wireless access point, 6" above the ceiling in this area.
36 Provide power for ceiling mounted projector. Provide 2 - 3/4" conduits from
communications floor box up to projector for A/V cabling.
37 Provide power for ceiling mounted projector screen. Provide a 2 gang box with -i - 3/4"
conduits up to screen location for A/V controls. Coordinate exact location with A/V
supplier.
38 Provide duplex receptacle, 2 - data jacks and one single gang box with 3/4" conduit up to
above the ceiling; all mounted at standard height in the back of the base cabinet.
Coordinate with A/V suppler.
