along the northeast line of said Lot; thence South 79 degrees 09 minutes 46 seconds West 7.379 meters (24.21 feet) to the northwestern line of

Surveyor's Report for Job #070834A
In accordance with Title 865, Article 1.1, Chapter 12 of the Indiana Administrative Code, the following observations and opinions are submitted of
the cause and amount of uncertainty in the position of the lines and corners established on this survey as a result of:
(A) Availability and condition of referenced monuments.
(B) Occupation or possession lines
(C) Clarity or ambiguity of the record description used and of adjoiner's descriptions, and the relationship of the lines of the subject tract with
adjoiner's lines.
(D) The Relative positional accuracy of the measurements.
(A) Reference Monuments:
Monuments which control the lines and corners of the surveyed property are those called for on the recorded subdivision plat. The survey based on
lot corner monuments recovered as shown. This is a recertification of a prior survey by Hahn Surveying Group dated September 12, 2007.
Monuments from prior survey were found in place.
In this surveyor's opinion, the maximum uncertainty of the lines and corners of the surveyed parcels due to reference monuments is ±0.20 feet.
Unless noted otherwise, monuments set this survey are 5/8" diameter x 24" long rebar with red cap stamped FIRM #0066 placed at ground level.
(B) Possession Lines:
1.) The relationship between fences and lot lines are as shown herein.
(C) Record Descriptions:
1.) No conflicts were discovered concerning descriptions.
(D) Relative Positional Accuracy of Measurement:
The accuracy of this survey is within the acceptable relative positional accuracy for an Urban Survey
This survey was performed under the responsible direction of the undersigned registered land surveyor and to the best of said registered land
surveyor's knowledge and belief, said survey was executed according to the applicable survey requirements of Title 865 I.A.C. 1-12 for a
retracement survey.

I hereby certify to The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company, its successors and/or assigns ATIMA; Hamilton Title Security, LLC (#2080169), this
28th day of January 2008, that the survey prepared by me entitled "Old Meridian Professional Center" and dated January 25, 2008 was actually
made upon the ground and that it and the information, courses and distances shown thereon are correct; that, except as shown, the title lines
shown on the survey and the lines of actual possession are the same; that the size and location of buildings and improvements are shown on the
Survey and all are within the boundary lines of the property; that there are no easements or uses affecting this property appearing from a careful
physical inspection of the same, other than those shown and depicted or referenced on the Survey; that there are no encroachments affecting
this property except as specifically shown on the Survey; that all visible utility services appear to enter the premises through adjoining public
streets or pursuant to record permanent easements thereof as to such utility lines which pass through or are located on adjacent private land,
which easements are depicted on the Survey; that the Survey shows the location and of all visible storm drainage systems for the collection and
disposal of surface drainage; that any discharge into streams, river or other conveyance system is shown on the Survey; and that none of the
property lies within the Special Flood Hazard Areas, in accordance with any maps entitled: "Flood Insurance Rate Map," "Flood Hazard Floodway
Boundary Map," "Flood Hazard Boundary Map," or "Flood Boundary and Floodway Map" or any similar map published by the Federal Emergency
Management Agency or a Flood Hazard Boundary Map published by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, unless
otherwise noted.
I further certify that, as of the date hereof, this Survey correctly shows, on the basis of a field transit survey and in accordance with current
"Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys," jointly established and adopted by ALTA and NSPS in 2005 and
includes items 1-4, 6, 7a, 8-11a, 13-14 of Table A thereof. Pursuant to the Accuracy Standards as adopted by ALTA and NSPS and in effect on
the date of this certification, undersigned further certifies that in my professional opinion, as a land surveyor registered in the State of Indiana,
the Relative Positional Accuracy of this survey does not exceed that which is specified therein. The print of survey reflects boundary lines of the
