1, the undersigned, hereby certify that thQ within plat represents a survey made
under my supervision during November, 1984 of the following described real estate:
A part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 17 North,
Range 3 East, described as follows:
Beginning at a stone at the Southwest corner of Section 7, Township 17 North, Range 3
East on county line between Hamilton and Marion Counties and run East on said county
line 335 feet to a point; thence North 1 degree 34 minutes West 392.25 feet to a
point in line with fence running West; thence West 317.50 feet to the West line of
said Section 7, being the line between Boone and Hamilton Counties; thence South
along said line 392.25 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3.14 acres, more or
less, in Hamilton County, Indiana.
3ased thereon, I have prepared the following description:
A part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 17 North,
Range 3 East in Hamilton County; Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a stone at the Southwest corner of the said Southwest Quarter Section;
thence North 88 degrees 58 minutes 29 second's East (assumed bearing) along the South
line thereof 335.00 feet; thence North 02 degrees 35 minutes 31 seconds West 392.25
feet; thence South 88 degrees 59 minutes 20 seconds West 317.50 feet to a point on
the West line of the said Southwest Quarter Section, said point lies 392.25 feet
(measured along the West line of the said Southwest Quarter Section) North of the
Southwest corner of the said Southwest Quarter Section; thence South 00 degrees 04
minutes 45 seconds West along the said West line 362.55 feet to the Southeast corner
of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 17 North, Range 2 East; thence South
01 degrees 27 minutes 16 seconds East continuing along the said West line 29.70 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 2.940 acres, more or less.
Subject to all legal easements and rights'of way.
Based thereon I further certify that the building situated on the above described
real estate is located within the boundaries of said premises. I have shown on said
plat the distances from the sides and front of the building to points on the side
lines and front line of the lot. I further certify that the buildings on the
adjoining property do not encroach on the lot or real estate in question.
The property is improved with a one story -metal building, an aluminum shed, and
miscellaneous improvements as shown on the within survey.
