uploaded the original plot plan so that you could see the drawing that was submitted does not
completely match. Will you please redraw this and also provide new size for the over hang? Also,
please get a copy of the truss package and submit it as well? Will the sunroom be insulated and
heated? The wall detail will need to show a vapor barrier since it is a slab. One last thing needed on
the floor plan will be the electrical diagram showing the plugs, switches and lights/fans. Thank you
and if you need to come in to go over the project, please give me a call to make sure we find a time
that I am in the office and not out doing inspections. We want to help make sure the project goes off

room. 1' on the gable end. We are framing it in the field so there are no truss plans. the room will be
insulated. the room will have one ceiling fan and the plugs will be placed on each wall according to
what the electrician says for code. I uploaded the document you gave me to fill out. Please call me if

windows, whether the sizes are changing and include the footing along with the new size over hang?
Also, please get a copy of the truss package and submit it as well? One things that was not shown in
the original house plan was the depth of the footing for the sunroom so we will need to have you dig
down to the footing in one spot to make sure that the footing is deep enough. Will the sunroom be
insulated and heated? If so, the wall detail will need to show a vapor barrier since it is a slab. One last

you gave me to fill out. I dug the footer and after digging 36" still did not hit the bottom of the
footers. I also could not tell how wide the footers were. I hope this info helps.

of approval if applicable, footing detail, roof detail/framing detail, plot plan showing where the
sunroom sits on the property with any easements and distances to the structure from the property
lines and easements. Also, a general description of what your doing. Thank you, Mike S. The building
is using the exact footing/foundation that is there now. We are putting all new windows in and doors.
We are reframing the roof allowing for more of a overhang on each side. We are planning to use
trusses for this. Please call me if you'd like to discuss in more detail. I put some of these details in the
