Notice is hereby given that the plan
Commission of the City of Carmel,
Indiana, on the 21st day of September,
1976, at 8:30 O'clock p.m. at the Office of
the Building Commissioner, 40 East
Main Street, Carmel, Indiana, will hold
a public hearing on an amendment to the
"Zoning Ordinance of Carmel, Indiana,
1959,"antl amendments thereto which
Ordinance is a Section of the Master
Plan of the Town of Carmel, Indiana,
(With particular reference to sheet 2 of
2 -Zone Map), which amendment con.
terns the following described real
estate, towit:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 29, Township 18 North,
Range 4 East in Hamilton County,
Indiana, more particularly
described as follows'.
Beginning at a point on the South
line of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 29, Township 18 North,
Range 4 East which is 605.04 feet
North 89 degrees 21 minutes 20
seconds West (assumed bearing) of
the Southeast corner of said
Southeast Quarter; thence con-
tinuing North 89 degrees 21 minutes
20 seconds West on and along said
South line 459.96 feet to the
Southeast corner of Brookshire

Northwest corner of 126th Street and
Gray Road.
Said amendment to the Zoning Or
dinance is to change the District classif i
cation from R-1 to R 2.
Interested persons desiring to present
their views on the Ordinance amend-
ment, either in writing. or verbally, will
be given the opportunity to be heard at
the above mentioned time and place. A
copy of. the Master Plan and Thorough-
fare Plan referred to above are now on
file in the office of the Clerk -Treasurer
of the City of Carmel, Indiana, for public
examination.
