Dear Matt,
Pursuant to Section 9.07 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the Department of Community Services made the following
administrative action regarding the request of Site Plan and Design Review (SDR) in Old Town for the property located at
410 2nd Ave NE:
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: The Planning/Zoning Department approved the attached site plan and exterior
architectural building elevations for a new 2-story house and attached 2-car garage, with the following Conditions:
1.) Submit the proposed Landscape Plan, and 2.) Gain proper approvals from the Carmel Engineering Dept.
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for building permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
