Record descriptions of the adjoining tracts were obtained' from the Hamilton County NOTE: According to the FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY, Flood Insurance Rate Map .s - ^ f1^ rip Recorder's Office (latest research date January 30, 2007) and mathematically retraced for the Number 18057G0209F, with an effective date of February 19, 2003, this site lies enfirely In accordance with Title 865, Article 1.1, Chapter 12, Sections 1 through 19 of the Indiana purpose of disclosing any gaps and/or overlaps between the lines of this surveyed parcel and within Zone "X" (Areas of 500 -year flooding, areas of 100 -year flood with overage depths of Administrative Code, the following observations and opinions are submitted regarding the its adjoiners. The NOTE: I observed no evidence that this site was used as a solid waste dump, sump or North and East Lines of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 36, Township 18 North, Range As a result of the above observations, it is my opinion that the uncertainties in the locations 3 East were used to control the overall location of this newly described parcel. The Northeast of the lines and corners established on this survey are as follows: sanitary landfill, and Southeast Corners of said Northeast Quarter are one -inch -diameter brass plugs in steel boxes at the surface. UTILITY STATEMENT: The underground utilities shown have been located from field survey information and existing drawings. The surveyor makes no guarantees that the underground utilities comprise all such utilities in the area, either in-service or abandoned.
