THE PLANS SHOW THE LOCATION OF UTILITIES LOCATED WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE CONTRACT ACCORDING TO INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE VARIOUS UTILITY COMPANIES, PREVIOUS CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND AS EVIDENCED BY OBSERVATION OF ABOVE GROUND CONDITIONS BY THE SURVEYOR.
