TO REPLACE/REPAIR ANY DAMAGED BLINDS.
OREMOVE BUILD -OUT AROUND EXISTING COLUMNS. PROTECT ALL VERTICAL PIPING
CONTINUING THROUGH FLOOR SLAB. PROVIDE 1 HOUR RATED SEAL ® ALL NEW AND
EXISTING SLAB PENETRATIONS.
OCLEAN AND SKIM COAT/PATCH DAMAGED FLOOR AREAS IN PREPERATION OF NEW
FINISHES. SEE MEP FOR REMOVAL INFORMATION IN PROJECT AREA.
OCAREFULLY REMOVE EXISTING COUNTERTOP AND (2) SINKS. SAVE ALL ITEMS FOR
REINSTALLATION IN SAME LOCATION AT 34" A.F.F. TO TOP OF SINK.
