10. Stabilization of a project site is considered achieved when all land distu
activities have been completed and a uniform perennial vegetative cover with
a density of seventy percent (707.) has been established on all unpaved areas
and areas not covered by permanent structures, or equivalent permanent
stabilization measures have been employed.
11. The contractor shall maintain erosion control measures and devices during
construction and until siltation will not longer occur.
12. After contractor has removed temporary erosion control measures any
disturbed areas shall be re—seeded as required.
