Scope of Work
Electrical:
No new outlets
Replacement outlets will be GFCI as needed.
Moving one outlet from North wall to West wall in kitchen. Distance moved approximately 4 feet.
Raising above new cabinet approximately 30”
Moving stove from South Wall to West Wall.
Outlet on Dining Room wall we be removed and re-terminated on east wall of dining room.
Outlet in Kitchen wall being removed and relocated on east wall approximately 24”.
Outlet on south wall being removed will be terminated and labeled for future use.
Relocating Kitchen three-way switch and Dining room single pole to the east on same wall
approximately 18” (non-loading bearing wall.)
Moving single pole light in kitchen. 1 - 6” recessed light in pantry (moved approximately 4 feet using
existing circuit.)
Structural:
Remove non-load bearing wall between Kitchen and dining room.
Replace improperly installed door between garage and dining room. New door is a fire-rated door.
(Correct header.)
Remove decorative bulkheads in kitchen.
