Re: 12004 Eden Glen Drive Carmel IN From: David Rausch This memo is in follow up and confirmation of our meeting of April 27 regarding the property As discussed, the project scope involves the renovation of the existing home at 12004 Eden Glen Drive. The project anticipates renovation of the existing envelope including windows, siding and roofing. The existing footprint will be largely retained and include minor infill of the area between the existing semi-detached garage and house, and removal of a portion of the living room wing located at the rear of the house. Due to existing structural concerns and a desire to create uniform floor levels, some interior structural rework is anticipated. The attached survey and proposed site plans are attached for reference. Per our conversation and based on the proposed scope, it is anticipated the project is not subject to the demolition delay ordinance. Please advise if this does not reflect your understanding of our conversation, or if additional clarification
