R/H STONE FLOORING INSIDE SCREEN PORCH. EXISTING CONCRETE SLAB & FOUNDATION TO REMAIN.
R/H EXISTING WEATHERPROOF RECEPTACLE & TV OUTLET INSIDE SCREEN PORCH FOR REPLACEMENT.
R/H EXISTING WOOD CEILING PANELING INSIDE SCREEN PORCH.
R/H EXISTING WOOD SCREEN TRIM & RAILS IN SCREEN PORCH. EXISTING STRUCTURAL WOOD POSTS TO
REMAIN UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
