VEHICLES. THE USE OF EXISTING RESTROOM FACILITIES SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE LANDLORD.

101. IN CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI -TENANT FLOOR, OR A REMODEL OF EXISTING TENANT, THE GENERAL
CONTRACTOR SHALL USE DUST PARTITIONS TO MINIMIZE DISTURBANCES OF DAILY TENANT
OPERATIONS DURING DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION WORK. DUST PARTITIONS SHALL BE
CONSTRUCTED OF 2 X 4 WOOD STUDS AT 24" ON CENTER, INSULATION AND 6 MIL VAPOR BARRIER ON
EACH SIDE. DUST PARTITIONS SHALL EXTEND FROM FLOOR TO CEILING. THE USE AND LOCATION OF
DUST PARTITIONS 5HALL BE COORDINATED WITH THE LANDLORD.
20. CONTRACTOR TO ALLOW FOR UNLEVEL FLOOR CONDITIONS. ALL EXISTING FLOOR AND WALL SUBSTRATES
SHALL BE LEVELED AND PATCHED AS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE NEW CONSTRUCTION AND FINISHES.

B. THE WOODWORKER SHALL SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS, SAMPLES, BROCHURES, M. ON ALL
ITEMS OF ARCHITECTURAL WOODWORK. SHOP DRAWTN65 SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT DETAIL
AND SCALE TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THE INTENT OF THE QUALITY STANDARD
GRADES SPECIFIED. THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE SHALL REVIEW AND APPROVE ALL
