My plans to remodel 11950 Gray Rd include the following items.
1. Change the existing ceiling to be a cathedral ceiling in the entry room of the home. I've included
stamped structural engineering drawings
2. 1 nstall two new windows in the living/great room
3. Move the kitchen from its existing location to the sunroom area of the home and open the wall
a bit more so that it is open to the room with the cathedral ceiling. Structural engineering
drawings include this too.
4. 1 nstall new kitchen cabinets
5. Replace all of the floor coverings.
6. 1 nstall new trim molding
7. 1 nstall new vanities and showers in the bathrooms
8. Replace and relocate the HVAC system
