July 03, 2018 Dear Owner: Your Request for Architectural Change has been approved. Specifically, you have approval to proceed with the following: Architectural Request - Pergola We reserve the right to make a final inspection of the change to make sure it matches the Request you submitted for Approval. Please follow the plan you submitted or submit an additional Request form if you cannot follow the original plan. Fencing and other exterior improvements must not impede surface drainage. Any improvement installed within drainage and utility easements shall be the sole responsibility of the homeowner. If at a later date the improvement needs to be removed, it will be done so at the sole cost and responsibility of the homeowner. It is each Homeowner's responsibility to check with their local municipality on possible requirements of building permits or other governmental approval.
