The perimeter of the surveyed tract was reestablished based upon an open traverse of the East line of the Northeast Quurter of section 36-T18N-R3E of the Second Principal Meridian in Clay Township of
Hamilton County, Indiana. Record description distance and angular relations were held in relation to said line to define the interior corners of the surveyed tract and its exception for fee simple right-of-way
as show hereon. All improvements were location is relation, to said east line as shown.
In accordance with Title 865, Article 1, Chapter 12 of the Indiana Administrative Code (IAC), the following Observations and opinions are submitted regarding the uncertainty in the position of the lines and
corners established and/or reestablished on this survey as a result of.
1) Availability and condition of retoronce nlonunl0ntS,
2) Clarity and/or ambiguity of the record description(s)used and/or the adjoiuer's descriptions;
3) Occupation or possession lines.

1.) Attention is culled to the fact that in Many locations, the original section corners have not been perpetuated or have been lost. In these instances, the only evidence available to indicate the true positions of
original corners is existing topographical features and current alonuillellts. Lacking the aforementioned evidence, a surveyor play resort to proportional lnensure nlent to reestablish section cornet's. Section
comers that are not original are usttully classified us Title Curners. Since undiscovered information may alTeot the true position of a title corner, tyle uncertainty in a title corner is unknown.
2.) Record descriptions for the adjoining real estate were obtained front the Honilton County Recorders Office and rnalllcnlutically retraced in an effort to disclose possible gaps and/or overlaps between the
lines of the surveyed real estate and those of Clio udjoiner's. it is this surveyor's professional opinion that there are no uncertainties in the lines of the surveyed real estate and those of the adjoiner's.
3.) At the tinge the survey was completed, there wus 110 physical evidence of possession along the perimeter of the surveyed tract such as fence lines.
4.) The Theoretical Uncertainty of the corners of the subject tract, established this survey, is within the specifications for u Class B Survey (+/-0.25 foot) as defined in 865 IAC 1-12-8, effective January 19,
2001. ('theoretical Uncertainty of a nleasureulent is the radius of a circle which circumscribes all area containing the probable true location of a specified point as determined by the precision of the
