The planning department will need to sign the paper copies and send to BPW and City Clerk by noon next Wednesday, 11/14. So sending those today is perfect. Another checklist item that they require is that we send an electronic file, MicroStation .dgn or AutoCade .dwg file of the plat, to Ms. Terry Krueskamp (Tkrueskamp@carmel.in.gov) in IT. Please also copy Angie Conn (aconn@carmel.in.gov) and myself on the email as well. I think that is all but I will let you know if we need anything else! I've also uploaded a revised Plat Drawing with Docket Numbers added. HWC will send an email to Terry in IT with the electronic file and CC you. We will also get the mylar and paper copies in the mail for your office very shortly. The only thing I was unable to address was Alex Jordan's "Changemark" Comment we discussed. I see the "Applicant Response" column in the report but I am still unable to add anything there or when I view the markups on the drawing. If I knew where to add this, here is my response— "This has been addressed and resolved with HWC, Onyx+East, and Alex Jordan via phone and email. Carmel Engineering will review each block individually as it goes through future secondary platting." Please let me know if you need me to add this somewhere in ProjectDox. We do have a couple locations (old lot 1315, 1327, and 1335)where our easements for the regulated drains are pretty tights.
