Please let this letter serve as Landlord approval of the attached drawing you have submitted that outlines
the signage to be installed on above referenced location.
All dimensions must be field verified prior to your request for approval and such measurements are your
responsibility. If any such dimensions are found to be inaccurate upon installation, the removal of the
material and reinstallation, per the Lease specifications, will also become your responsibility.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all signs pass proper governmental zoning regulations. hi
addition, the Landlord requires a copy of the permit you receive prior to installation. The sign material
and installation must meet all Underwriters Laboratory Rules and Regulations.
