These documents are referred to as the "Installation Plans". Landlord consents to the installation of the signs pursuant to the Installation Plans, subject to the following terms and conditions: A. Wall Signs. One (1) set of translucent white acrylic face fit 8" black channel letters with acrylic black trim cap. Landlord requires, per the Lease, all necessary measures to be taken to fully repair any punctures and to properly seal any building penetrations in order to return store front to original condition. B. Approvals. Staley Signs, on behalf of Aloha Donuts, LLC is responsible for obtaining approvals from any jurisdiction having authority over sign installation, including confirmation of size and number of signs, illumination, and set -backs from the Property line. C. Restoration. Prior to expiration or earlier termination ofthe lease, Aloha Donuts, LLC is responsible for removing the signs from the Property. The wall signs must be fully removed, the electrical conduit and wiring on the interior of the exterior wall should either be fully removed backto the electrical panel or properly terminated on the inside wall of the building, the exterior brick & mortar wall, wood sign band, and/or concrete/limestone band should be properly repaired/replaced, and the exterior side of the wall should be repainted up to the closest reveals to match the adjacent building colors (i.e.: Landlord doesnot want any visible indication that a sign has been removed from this location).
