1. All plan dimensions shown herein are from and
to the back of curbs, centerline of parking spines, or
radius points unless otherwise noted on this plan.
2. Bearings, dimensions and easements are shown for reference only. See
record surveys and plats for exact Information,

dimensions.
4. Ail parking areas to be curbed with chairbock curb or integral curb and
walk as shown.
5. All parking stalls be 20.0 ft x 9.0 ft or 20.0 ff. x 10.0 ft. Where
curb or integral and walk is adjacent to a parking stall, two (2) feet of
overhang shall utflized as parking area. Parking stalls are dlmenskmed to
