Under authority provided by Indiana Code 36-7-4-710, and ordinances adopted by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, this
plat was given approval by the City of Carmel as follows:
Board of Public Works and Safety
This Plat was approved by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Carmel, Indiana, at a meeting held on the
day of ,2018.
The subdivision shall be known and designated as Gramercy West, Section One, a subdivision in Hamilton County, Indiana.
Front and side yard building setback lines are hereby established as shown and/or stated on this plat, between which lines and the property lines of the street there shall be
erected or maintained no building or structure.
Identified on this Secondary Plat are strips of ground designated as easements. These are identified in the legend and reserved for drainage and utilities and the installation of
water and sewer mains, poles, ducts, lines and wires, subject at all times to the proper authorities and to the easements herein reserved. No permanent or other structures are to
be erected or maintained within said strips of land, but owners of lots in this subdivision shall take their titles subject to the rights of the public utilities.
This plat is subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and any amendments thereto as follows:
