6_ ALL CONTRACTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF
CEILING GRID AND TILES IN .ANY AREA WHERE THEY NEED ACCESS AND THE
EXISTING CEILING IS TO REMAIN, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. CONTRACTOR WILL
REPLACE ANY CEILING TILES OR GRID DAMAGED.
7. THE REMOVAL AND REINSTALLATION OF LOOSE FURNITURE AND MOVABLE
EQUIPMENT SHALL BE PERFORMED BY THE OWNER (U.N.O.)
8. SEE EQUIPMENT PLANS FOR CASEWORK AND EQUIPMENT TO BE REUSED.
WHEN MORE EXISTING UNITS ARE AVAILABLE THAN NEEDED, USE THE UNITS

GENERAL PLAN NOTES
1. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FIELD VERIFICATION
OF ALL DIMENSIONS, JOB CONDITIONS ETC.
2. ALL DIMENSIONS ON FLOOR PLANS ARE TO FACE OF CMU AND
METAL STUD WALL
3. WHERE DISSIMILAR FLOOR MATERIALS MEET, THEY SHALL DO SO
UNDER THE CENTERLINE OF THE DOOR, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
4. ALL NEW CMU WALLS OR INFILL SHALL MATCH EXISTING BOND PATTERN.
5. PROVIDE NORMAL WEIGHT CMU UNITS COMPLYING WITH ASTM C 90 WITH
A MINIMUM COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH OF 2170 PSI. MATCH EXISTING
SIZE AND MORTAR JOINT FINISH. ALL INFILL MASONRY SHALL BE
TOOTHED INTO ADJACENT MASONRY
6. DOOR FRAME INSTALLATION NOTE:
AT EXISTING CONCRETE OR MASONRY CONSTRUCTION, INSTALL AT LEAST 3
COMPLETED OPENING ANCHORS PER JAMB ADJACENT TO HINGE LOCATION
ON HINGE JAMB AND AT CORRESPONDING HEIGHTS ON STRIKE JAMB.
SET FRAMES AND SECURE TO ADJACENT CONSTRUCTION WITH BOLTS AND
MASONRY ANCHORAGE DEVICES. GROUT METAL FRAMES FULL
7. HINGE SIDE OF DOOR JAMBS AT ALL WALLS SHALL BE TYPICALLY
LOCATED 47 FROM ADJACENT WALL UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
