GENERAL DEMOLITION NOTES:
A ALL DEMOLITION ITEMS SHALL BE CONSIDERED PROPERTY OF THE OWNER UNTIL SUCH A TIME
VERIFICATION HAS BEEN MADE AS TO THOSE ITEMS NOT TO BE RETAINED BY THE OWNER PRIOR TO
REMOVAL FROM THE SITE. ALL ITEMS NOT TO BE RETAINED SHALL BE REMOVED COMPLETELY
FROM THE SITE BY THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR.
