GENERAL NOTES
All dimensions of pavements are to edge of pavement
or face of curb unless otherwise noted.
All dimensions are parallel and perpendicular to the base
lines, property lines and or building lines unless other-
wise noted.
All radii indicated shall be formed as circular arcs
All areas where the existing pavement or pavements ore
damaged during construction from heavy traffic or equip-
ment, fuel oil, oil, gasoline, etc., by the General Cont-

The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining or
verifying that all permits and approvals hove been filed for

project area prior to beginning construction.
It shall be the Contractors responsibility to notify and
coordinate all construction with respective utility companies.
The Contractor also pay oil required fees and costs.
It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to
maintain quality control throughout the duration of
construction. Failure to do so may result in the engineer
requiring that the defective work be removed and replaced.
All work will be performed in accordance with these plans
and specifications. Any and all changes to these plans and
specifications shall be approved by the engineer in writing
or said changes will be subject to removal and replacement
at no cost to the developer.
The contractor shall be responsible for verification of
oii plan quantities and plan dimensions as shown herein.
