CONTRACTOR SHALL PROPERLY DISPOSE OF ALL WASTE MATERIALS OFF-SITE. 7. CONTRACTOR SHALL MINIMIZE THE AMOUNT OF SOIL MATERIALS TRACKED ONTO ADJACENT STREETS, CLEAN ADJACENT STREETS DAILY, AND RETURN SOIL MATERIALS TO THE SITE FOR PROPER DISPOSAL. FLUSHING OF MATERIALS FROM ADJACENT STREETS WITH WATER SHALL BE PROHIBITED. 8. CONTRACTOR SHALL COLLECT AND DISTRIBUTE, ON-SITE, ANY SEDIMENT MATERIAL COLLECTED BY EROSION CONTROL DEVICES AFTER EACH RAINFALL EVENT, AND, AT A MINIMUM, WEEKLY. 9. CONTRACTOR SHALL COVER ALL PIPE ENDS OF ANY STORMWATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM WHOSE INSTALLATION HAS BEEN INTERRUPTED BY WEATHER OR DARKNESS WITH FILTER FABRIC. 10. SCHEDULE OF EARTHWORK ACTIVITIES: A. CONTRACTOR SHALL MINIMIZE THE AMOUNT OF TIME AN AREA IS EXPOSED TO EROSION AND STABILIZE THAT AREA AS SOON AS PRACTICAL. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT EXPOSED AREAS WITH TEMPORARY VEGETATION, EROSION CONTROL FABRIC OR MULCH IF PERMANENT SEEDING CANNOT BE APPLIED WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS OR IF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY CEASES FOR A PERIOD OF 21 CALENDAR DAYS OR MORE.
