Quote assumes straight time and normal business hours. Variation from this will incur additional costs. 6. Final surveys completed subsequent to this quotation could disclose the need for additional time and/or equipment due to unforeseen conditions which could affect final pricing. 7. Title to said products covered in this Proposal remains with Sign Craft Industries until paid in full, but after delivery to the customer, responsibility for all damage after said delivery shall be assumed by the buyer and will not affect the rights of Sign Craft Industries to enforce the purchase price then unpaid. 8. All terms and conditions of this agreement shall be binding upon any successors, assignees, or other legal representatives of the respective parties but no assignment shall be made by the buyer without the prior written consent by Sign Craft Industries unless full payment of the total consideration has been made. 9. Upon default in the payment of any sums herein agreed, Sign Craft Industries may, at its option, declare the entire outstanding balance fully due and payable without further notice to customer; and when declared, customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection of said balance incurred by the Company including Attorney's fees.
