Should this request be approved, there will be many severely upset citizens of the Southwest Carmel community. This request would have a detrimental effect on the overall aesthetics, traffic flow and property values of this area of Carmel. A proposed access into Crooked Stick Lane is a horrendous idea for traffic flow with young children in the Crooked Stick neighborhood, heavy pedestrian traffic without sidewalks, and a significant decrease in property values for the current residents of the surrounding area. Residents around this corner have paid a premium to reside in an area without a heavy flow of traffic or overcrowding of homes, and this plan goes against everything in that regard. Although the selected date seems intentionally inconvenient with the holiday travel and the Crooked Stick Board Meeting occurring at the same time, I believe a significant number of Carmel residents will be there to express their mutual concerns and disapproval for this request. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Alexandra Bove 317.381.1650 alybove(,gmail. Email secured by Check Point 1
