Dear Rachel:
Per our prior discussions regarding additional development standards variance requests for the Ascent
Hospitality Management Co., LLC property located at 10101 Meridian Street N., enclosed please find the
Development Standards Variance Application and supporting exhibits, as well as a flash drive of the same. This
matter would be in front of the Board of Zoning Appeals at their January 28, 2018,meeting.
Ascent Hospitality Management Co., LLC will also be rescinding the previously requested development
standards variance regarding the height allowed for a monument ground sign.
