Dear Joe,
It's Gregory Stewart, 10835 Crooked Stick Lane, directly adjacent to the area under review for rezoning.
From looking at the layout, some of the lots are as small as 15,300 sq. ft. in size with 10' side yards, well below the
20 feet between homes as typically acceptable, also I thought that S-1 zoning has a 1 acre/ house requirement?
Furthermore, there has been no authorization from Crooked Stick Golf Club or homeowners association for a street
access off of Crooked Stick Lane.
