I do not support the proposed rezoning of 106th and Ditch from S1 to PUD.There is no benefit to the public with the proposed change. I am concerned the increased density will increase traffic, impact home values, and increase already large class sizes in our schools. Please vote against this change. Thank you, Ryan V.
