The site is located at the southwest corner of Grand Blvd. and Main Street. It is zoned PUD within The District PUD and is not located within any overlay zone. APPROVED: Grand & Main Retail Docket No. 18100009 ADLS Amend In order to assist the Department's review,please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
