City of C 40,ANA Department of Community Services Division of Planning& Zoning LETTER of GRANT November 17, 2018 Mr. Chris Winkle 47 Greenfield Drive Milford Center, OH 43045 RE: Noah's Event Venue Docket No. 18080015 DP Amend/ADLS Dear Mr. Winkle, The Carmel Plan Commission Commercial Committee took the following action at its meeting on November 8, 2018 regarding site plan and design approval to add a three story event facility, totaling 14,952 sq. ft. It will be 32' tall with 90 parking spaces provided. The site is located at 13315 N. Illinois Street and is zoned MC — Meridian Corridor and is not located within any overlay zone. APPROVED: Noah's Event Venue Docket No. 18080015 DP Amend/ADLS In order to assist the Department's review,please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
