At the meeting held on Monday,November 26, 2018 the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the
following action regarding the Development Standard Variance(V)filed by you for the property located at 4146
E. 96th Street:
APPROVED: Docket No.18090009 V,Development Standard Variance for: Two signs allowed,Three signs
granted(1 ground/2 wall).
Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must
have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is November
26, 2021.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
