Dear Rick:
At the meeting held on Monday,November 26, 2018 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer
took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variances(V) filed by you for the property
located at 9701-9703 N. Michigan Road:
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 18100003-4 V: Development Standards Variances for:
1. Minimum 30' wide greenbelt required along US 421, 19' width granted.
2. Drive-thru location at rear of tract required,North side of building granted.
Please be advised that,per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance,the aforementioned
Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time, either continuous
construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension
of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of this
approval is November 26, 2021.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
