The Filing Fee and 9 Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary Joe Shestak no later than Noon, Friday, January 4, 2019. Checks can be made out to The City of Carmel. 4. Proof of Notice (Certificates of Mailing, newspaper affidavit, etc.) needs to be received by this Department no later than Noon, Thursday, January 10, 2019.
