Nick – I found the rest of the document (BPW Resolution 04‐04‐18‐03) and it was approved by the BPW. Their $508,599
amount appears to have been figured on 207 units instead of 209. So, they definitely have a PRIF credit due, but I’m not
sure what to do about the extra $.
I’ll try to catch Mike this afternoon, or Jon Oberlander (author of the resolution) to see if either have any thoughts or
know how we came up with 207 units instead of 209.

Mike-
I sent the attached permit invoice for the Midtown Apartments at 591 Monon Blvd and Andrew Stokely followed up to say they had an agreement to contribute
the PRIF money to infrastructure instead of paying the amount in permit fees. This attachment looks like it’s an official document but I just wanted to make
sure because there are no City signatures on it.
Also, I noticed the amount for PRIF on this document is $508,599 but the amount they would owe based on 209 units would actually be $513,513.
Please advise.

Hi, Ross –
I just received a review cycle #2 Task in project dox for this building permit review.
No, Dan’s email below does not address the planning/zoning department’s comment we issued via projectdox. This
response looks more like something related to the Utilities Dept. comment.
Here is the comment we issued a few weeks ago via projectdox: “The Planning Dept. still have some issues with the
grade and with the finish floor elevation of the Apartments portion of the Midtown West project. Please have the
developer/builder contact Rachel Keesling in our office to discuss further, at 317‐571‐2417.” Did they contact Rachel,
yet? (Probably not).

Hey folks!!
Need a little help here….
They say they are waiting on approvals from zoning and utilities still…
The only question I am aware of that is outstanding regards the retail. Someone had asked about grease trap being
installed now. The plan is to leave the slab out of the retail areas until tenants are secured and needs are defined. Once
they know where restaurants might be etc, they would install grease traps then. Either way, it seems like we could work
that out in the next few weeks if the City does not like that approach so we can get the permit released. Please let me
know how we can get this off and running.

Audie,
My contact at the CRC told me that he is hoping to get a decision on the address for the Barrett Stokley building
soon. The address for the Merchants Bank building will be 410 Monon Blvd.

Nick the number came right off the cities link. There were three links. I picked the middle one. I have tried to get an
address from the city but so far no progress! What do you suggest I do?

Good morning-
I received an application for “Midtown Development Mixed Use” at parcel number 16-09-25-04-05-004.000. This parcel number does
not exist, and a specific address is not listed on the application. This address will need to be assigned for this location and once that is
done, you will need to re-submit an application with the correct info.

Bruce Knott is on vacation and he’ll be back on Mon. I sent him an email telling him I needed something soon. I also
called Mike Lee and he’s checking his records as well. One way or another we can probably have an address for this at
least by early next week.

Here’s another one. Do you have addresses for the Midtown Carmel buildings at parcel 16-09-25-04-05-006.000? I believe there is a parking garage, retail
and multi-family on the same parcel.

I’m out of the next two weeks, but I would recommend having Alex and Kurt sit in for me. We need to make sure they
have filed for any necessary storm water permits, have an erosion control plan, and have all of their ducks in a row with
the demolition of the any environmentally contaminated areas.

Good morning‐
I just spoke to Bill Zahn. After talking over the scope of the project I think we would definitely need to set up a meeting with him to get all
departments involved. It sounds like this project will involve shutting down streets and will be disturbing a very large area. He asked if anyone
would be available to meet either Monday or Tuesday of next week?

All,
I just received a call from Bill Zahn with Demolition Environmental Services and he would like to meet with City directors (presumably?)
to discuss the demolition in Midtown and what permits will be needed and other details related to the project. Is this a meeting in which
you will all need to be included? He has spoken to Ed Wolfe and Brett Ransford but wasn’t sure who else needed to be involved in this
discussion. I wasn’t quite sure where to direct him but thought I’d reach out to you all first.
Thank you!
