I am not sure how the private utilities work as that is outside our scope. Just thinking ahead It appears the chiller is roughly 77' tall. Any idea on the height of the current wall that it will be behind? I can have Colin highlight this on the plan for you. It will not be visible from anywhere other than the maintenance barn side. The existing sanitary is private on his propert y, we are planning to connect into his private line. Do you think I still need to involve Clay Reginal? As always, if anything comes up Colin and I will provide information asap. Thanks Nigel Hoss Hoss Homes 11825 Broadway Street Indianapolis, IN 46236 C, 317-714-8737 0.317.823-9788 niI hosshomes.com
