RE: Docket No. 18090015 DP/ADLS: Onyx Office Suites
Dear Mr. Klain:
The Carmel Plan Commission Commercial Committee took the following action at its meeting on December 4,
2018 regarding site plan and design approval for a new, two story office building totaling 31,808 sq. ft. It will
be about 30' tall with 132 parking spaces provided. The site is located at 10439 Commerce Drive. It is zoned B-
5/Business and is not located within any overlay zone.
APPROVED: Docket No. 18090015 DP/ADLS: Onyx Office Suites
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for
any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
