Make sure the public notice meeting time to the newspaper, public notice sign, and letters to neighbors reads nd 6:00 PM and that the location reads Carmel City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, 2 Floor, Carmel, IN 46032. 3. The Filing Fee and 9 Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary Joe Shestak no later than Noon, Friday, December 7, 2018. Checks can be made out to The City of Carmel. 1 4. Proof of Notice (Certificates of Mailing, newspaper affidavit, etc.) needs to be received by this Department no later than Noon, Thursday, December 13, 2018. Failure to submit Proof of Notice by this time will result in the tabling of the petition. 5. This item will appear on the Tuesday, December 18, 2018 meeting agenda of the Plan Commission (under “Public Hearings”), which begins at 6 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall. (A representative must be present.) 6. This item will also appear on the Thursday, January 3, 2019 meeting agenda of a Plan Commission Sub-Committee, which begins at 6 PM in the Caucus Rooms of City Hall.
