11. THE GENERAL GONTRAGTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING THAT ALL MATERIAL AND LABOR,
SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BEST QUALITY STANDARDS OF THE RESPECTED TRADE. THE
GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING THAT ALL WORK SHALL BE IN
AGGORDANGE WITH THE STATE UNIFORM BUILDING CODES AND 5TANDARD5 FOR ALL GENERAL
CONSTRUCTION, MECHANICAL, AND ELECTRICAL WORK AND LOCAL AND FEDERAL CODES AND
STANDARDS.
12. ALL TRADE CONTRACTORS SHALL WARRANTY ALL MATERIALS AND NORKMAN5HIP FOR ONE YEAR FROM
DATE OF GON5TRUGTION GOMPLETION.
13. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE KITH THE LANDLORD, DAILY WORKING HOURS,
WEEKEND HOURS AND HOURS THAT MAY BE WORKED PRIOR TO AND DURING HOLIDAYS. LANDLORD RESERVES
THE RIGHT TO RE5TRIGT CONSTRUGTION TO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS WHEN THAT CONSTRUCTION 15 DEEMED TO
INTERFERE KITH THE OPERATION OF ADJACENT TENANTS.
14. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL ESTABLISH KITH THE LANDLORD GLEAN -UP PROCEDURES AND
GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED ON A DAILY BASIS IN ORDER TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN A SAFE AND
GLEAN ENVIRONMENT.
15. THE GENERAL GONTRAGTOR SHALL MAINTAIN A CLEAR AND UNOBSTRUCTED PATHNAY TO ALL EXITS
DURING DEMOLITION AND NEN CONSTRUCTION.
16. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE LANDLORD, AN AREA FOR STAGING OF
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, DUMP5TER AND PARKING GON5TRUGTION AND DELIVERY
VEHICLES, THE USE OF EXISTING RESTROOM FAGILITIES SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE LANDLORD.
ONLY THOSE DESIGNATED AREAS SHALL BE USED BY CONSTRUCTION GREN5.
17. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL USE DUST PARTITIONS TO MINIMIZE D15TUR5ANGE5 OF DAILY TENANT
OPERATIONS DURING DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION WORK. DUST PARTITIONS SHA I BE
GONSTRUGTED OF 2 X 4 WOOD STUDS AT 24" ON CENTER, INSULATION AND 6 MIL VAPOR BARRIER ON
EACHSIDE. DUST PARTITIONS SHALL EXTEND FROM FLOOR TO CEILING. THE USE AND LOCATION OF
DUST PARTITIONS SHALL BE GOORDINATED WITH THE LANDLORD.
lb. CONTRACTOR TO ALLOW FOR UNLEVEL FLOOR CONDITIONS. ALL EXISTING FLOOR AND WALL SUB5TRATE5
SHALL BE LEVELED AND PATCHED AS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE NEW CONSTRUCTION AND FINISHES.

19. MILLNORK:
A. ALL MILLWORK SHALL MEET THE ARCHITECTURAL WOODWORK QUALITY STANDARDS FOR PREMIUM GRADE
MILLNORK AND GASEWORK AS ESTABLISHED BY THE ARGHITEGTURAL WOODWORK INSTITUTE.
B. THE WOODWORKER SHALL SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS, SAMPLF5, BROCHURES, ETC. ON ALL
ITEMS OF ARCHITECTURAL NOODNORK. SHOP DRAWINGS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT DETAIL
AND SCALE TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THE INTENT OF THE QUALITY STANDARD
GRADES 5PEGIFIED. THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE SHALL REVIEN AND APPROVE ALL
5UBMITTALS FOR COMPLIANCE KITH THE INTENT OF THE QUALITY STANDARD 6RADE5 AS
SPECIFIED.
G. PROVIDE GROMMETS IN GOUNT ERTOP5 A5 DIRECTED BY ARGHITEGT.
20. SPRINKLER SYSTEM: EXTEND EXISTING AUTOMATIC FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM ON ENTIRE FLOOR.
SPRINKLER SUBCONTRACTOR SHALL PREPARE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND SUBMIT THEM TO THE
