FACILITIES DEPARTMENT A CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE INCLUDING A FLOOR READY DATE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF COMMUNICATIONS CABLE AND ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT, WIRING, OR CABLING NOTED IN;THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. DATES SHALL BE INDICTED FOR SUBMISSION OF SHOP DRAWINGS ALLOWING A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS FOR THE FACILITIES DEPARTMENT'S REVIEW OF EACH SUBMISSION. SCHEDULE SHALL INCLUDE ANTICIPATED DELIVERY DATES OF ALL MATERIALS OTHER THAN STANDARD AND READILY AVAILABLE BUILDING MATERIALS. 9. THE CONTRUCTION MANAGER SHALL BE ANSWERABLE TO THE DEAN WITTER REYNOLDS INC. FACILITIES DEPARTMENT FOR HIS WORK AND SHALL NOT ACCEPT INSTRUCTION FROM LOCAL DEAN WITTER REYNOLDS INC. PERSONNEL WITHOUT VERIFICATION FROM THE FACILITIES DEPARTMENT. - CONTRACTOR WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY EXPENSE CAUSED BY THE EXECUTION OF SUCH WORK WITHOUT SUCH VERIFICATION AND FOR THE EXPENSES CAUSED BY ITS REMOVAL OR CORRECTION. 10. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER SHALL SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS FOR MISCELLANEOUS STEEL WORK, MOVABLE PARTITION WORK, ALL WOODWORK, DOORS, FRAMES, HARDWARE, FINISHES AND SUCH WORK AS MAY BE SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS TO DEAN WITTER REYNOLDS INC. FACILITIES DEPARTMENT FOR WRITTEN APPROVAL. SHOP DRAWINGS SHALL SHOW ALL DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS AND SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN SEPIA FORM. WHEN THE FACILITIES DEPARTMENT REQUIRES THE REVISION AND RESUBMITTAL OF SHOP DRAWINGS. SUCH RESUBMITTAL SHALL OCCUR WITHIN ONE (1) WEEK OF NOTIFICATION OF SUCH REQUIREMENT. 12. ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED BY SKILLED AND QUALIFIED WORKMEN AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BEST PRACTICES OF THE TRADES INVOLVED. CARE SHALL BE TAKEN TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING REGULATIONS AND/OR GOVERNMENTAL LAWS, STATUTES, OR ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE USE OF UNION LABOR. 13. ALL MATERIALS SHALL BE NEW, UNUSED, AND OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY IN EVERY RESPECT UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. 14.
