DEFERRED PERMIT SUBMITTALS A. FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEMS: FIRE PROTECTION CONTRACTOR IS TO PROVIDE ENGINEERED DOCUMENTS FOR THE DESIGN OF THE FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS PER STATE AND LOCAL CODES. CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ANY APPLICABLE PERMITS. B. FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS: FIRE ALARM CONTRACTOR IS TO PROVIDE ENGINEERED DOCUMENTS FOR THE DESIGN OF THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM MODIFICATION PER STATE AND LOCAL CODES. CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ANY APPLICABLE PERMITS. C. EXTERIOR SIGNAGE EXTERIOR SIGNAGE VENDOR IS TO PROVIDE ENGINEERED DOCUMENTS THAT ARE COORDINATED WITH LANDLORD AND TENANT CRITERIA AND PER LOCAL CODES. VENDOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ANY APPLICABLE PERMITS. FIRE SUPPRESSION NOTE THE BUILDING SHALL BE FULLY SPRINILERED, AND SHALL TIE INTO EXISTING BUILDINGS FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL LOCAL CODE REQUIREMENTS. THE FIRE PROTECTION CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN, CALCULATIONS, DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM, FOR FILING WITH ALL APPLICABLE AGENCIES FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL, AND FOR OBTAINING ALL REQUIRED PERMITS PRIOR TO START OF INSTALLATION. THE FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM SHALL BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED IN STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH NFPA 13 AND THE CODES AND REGULATIONS OF APPLICABLE GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES. WORK RESTRICTIONS A DEBRIS RESULTING FROM THE DEMOLITION AND EXECUTION OF THE WORK SHALL BE REMOVED AND LEGALLY DISPOSED OF OFF -SITE. EACH CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEAN UP OF THEIR TRASH ON SITE DAILY. B. PROTECT AREA OF WORK AND ADJACENT AREAS FROM DAMAGE. C.
